Army  Maintenance Officer     July.2007 – June 2008

Served as a Maintenance Officer responsible for maintaining and repairing rotary wing blades of helicopters.

1. In the maintenance process, I often had to work in coordination with the progress of the military electrical engineering plant. Specifically, a rotor wing blade of a different model must match up a turbo booster of a certain model produced at the plant.

2. The monthly periodical intensive courses and trainings would be arranged mainly for those who fail in the staff appraisal for craftsmen in the end of every month. This would provide the special training to the individual needs and the assessments.

3. Training courses for the new crafts and the crafts that get outstanding performance in the audit held in the end of every year would be sent to the United States to receive advanced training.Periodically renew the latest version of helicopter maintenance manual.

National AAA University  Teaching Assistant  Sep 2005– Jun 2007

(1) Lecturing Subjects: Introduction to Financial Management and International Financial Management

(2) Student’s level: freshmen and sophomores. Two hours teaching weekly and one hour extra for after school tutoring.

(3) Working with professors during mid-term exam for designing commonly the exam questions. Overall grades of each student in the end of every semester and also design the questions for the makeup exams. Besides, I also help the professors dealing with and managing the documents of National Science Council related cases. (Health insurance/ Education)
